Shawn Fidler is a licensed contractor in the state of Arkansas with more than 35 years of construction experience. Throughout his career, he has built a wide range of residential properties, from 1,000-square-foot homes to 6,000-square-foot custom homes. His extensive hands-on construction experience gives him a unique understanding of residential building practices, quality, materials, and construction costs.

In addition to his construction background, Shawn has more than 25 years of experience as a Registered Apprentice Appraiser, with a primary focus on residential properties. His appraisal experience encompasses a broad range of property types, including large upscale homes and unique or specialized properties. He has developed a strong ability to analyze properties and provide accurate, well-supported valuations for clients and lenders.

Shawn grew up in Northwest Arkansas and has witnessed firsthand the tremendous growth and transformation the region has experienced over the past several decades. His longstanding knowledge of the area, combined with his extensive construction and appraisal experience, provides him with a unique perspective on Northwest Arkansas real estate.

This combination of 35+ years in construction, 25+ years of appraisal experience, and deep knowledge of Northwest Arkansas gives Shawn a distinctive set of skills and insights.
