David Dallas is the President and Principal Broker of Dallas Real Estate Services, bringing over 35 years of real estate experience with a focus on commercial real estate, retail expansion strategy, development, and leasing. He also serves as President of the firm’s affiliate company, Dallas Appraisal Group, and is a Certified General Appraiser with over 30 years of experience in that field.

David began his career on the corporate side of retail real estate, serving as a Real Estate Manager for Walmart Realty and for Gap Inc. brands including Old Navy and Banana Republic. Over the course of his career, he has completed projects for some of the nation’s most recognized companies, including Walmart (U.S. & Brazil), Sam’s Club, Academy Sports, McDonald’s (U.S. & Brazil), Wendy’s, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Dollar General, General Electric, and Tyson Foods. He is also an active investor and managing member in several real estate development partnerships.

He earned a BSBA in Finance and Banking from the University of Arkansas and completed post-graduate study in Construction Management at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, along with additional training at the University of Kentucky Institute for Economic Development.

Mason Adams is a licensed real estate professional with Dallas Real Estate Services, specializing in residential real estate appraisal, valuation, brokerage, land acquisition, and real estate investment throughout Arkansas.

Mason earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas and has more than 10 years of experience in residential real estate. His background includes appraising a wide range of property types, acquiring and redeveloping residential properties, and owning and managing a rental portfolio, providing him with firsthand experience in valuation, property management, and real estate investment.

He also works with commercial and residential investors, assisting with land acquisition, property dispositions, valuation, and investment analysis to help clients identify opportunities and make informed real estate decisions. His combined experience in appraisal, brokerage, development, and real estate investment provides clients with a well-rounded perspective and practical expertise that adds value throughout every stage of the real estate transaction.

A lifelong resident of Northwest Arkansas, Mason is committed to providing meaningful insight, strategic guidance, and exceptional service to clients across the state.

Michael Taylor is a real estate professional with Dallas Real Estate Services specializing in multifamily investments, affordable housing, commercial real estate, and residential brokerage throughout Arkansas.

With nearly 40 years of experience in commercial real estate, business development, and executive leadership, Michael brings a unique perspective to the industry. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from Baylor University and began his career leasing and marketing office, retail, and industrial properties throughout Texas, where he managed more than 1.5 million square feet of commercial space for private and institutional owners.

Michael also has more than ten years of experience with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) properties through family ownership interests, giving him valuable insight into affordable housing and long-term investment strategies. He recently represented the sellers in the successful disposition of Village at Scull Creek, a 54-unit LIHTC apartment community in Fayetteville, and works with developers and investors to identify sites suitable for future affordable housing projects.

His combination of real estate experience, business leadership, and practical knowledge of affordable housing allows him to provide clients with thoughtful guidance throughout Arkansas.

Michael and his wife have two sons who also live in Northwest Arkansas, giving his family strong ties to the region.

Scotty Thurman is a real estate professional with Dallas Real Estate Services serving buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Central and Northwest Arkansas. Most people remember Scotty from his days as a member of the University of Arkansas 1994 NCAA Men’s Basketball Championship team. That national platform and name recognition have allowed him to cultivate a wide range of relationships throughout the local and national real estate communities.

Scotty has been involved in the real estate industry as an investor since 2001 and has held a license since 2004. As a former student-athlete and coach at the collegiate and high school levels, he believes in unity, teamwork, and collaboration when working with clients. Nearly three years ago, he made the decision to become a full-time real estate professional, helping clients accomplish their goals while maintaining a healthy work/life balance.

After spending nearly 30 years between Central and Northwest Arkansas, Scotty understands the intangible benefits of life, homeownership, and real estate investing in the Natural State. Whether he is listing and selling a high-end property or working with a first-time home buyer, Scotty is known for his hard work, quality of service, market knowledge, and professionalism. He is committed to listening to his clients’ needs and using his negotiating experience to ensure a successful transaction.

Turner Hurley is a real estate professional with Dallas Real Estate Services. He graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate, and has built a career grounded in residential valuation, client representation as a licensed Realtor, and a broad understanding of the industry.

Turner has over five years of experience as a Registered Apprentice Appraiser, focusing primarily on residential properties. His appraisal work encompasses a wide range of property types, delivering accurate, well-supported valuations for clients and lenders.

In addition to his appraisal practice, Turner has gained valuable experience in commercial real estate management and investment. This cross-disciplinary background has given him a comprehensive understanding of property operations, land acquisition, and investment analysis, allowing him to offer clients an informed perspective across multiple facets of the industry. He is dedicated to delivering professional, reliable service to buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Northwest Arkansas.
