David Dallas is the CEO and Principal Broker of Dallas Real Estate Services, bringing over 35 years of real estate experience with a focus on commercial real estate, retail expansion strategy, development, and leasing. He also serves as CEO of the firm’s affiliate company, Dallas Appraisal Group, and is a Certified General Appraiser with over 30 years of experience in that field.

David began his commercial real estate career on the corporate side of retail real estate, serving as a Real Estate Manager for Walmart Realty and for Gap Inc. brands including Old Navy and Banana Republic. Over the course of his career, he has completed projects for some of the nation’s most recognized companies, including Walmart (U.S. & Brazil), Sam’s Club, Academy Sports, McDonald’s (U.S. & Brazil), Wendy’s, Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Dollar General, General Electric, and Tyson Foods. He is also an active investor and managing member in several real estate development partnerships.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance and Banking from the University of Arkansas and completed post-graduate study in Construction Management at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, along with additional training at the University of Kentucky Institute for Economic Development.
